We stand by the quality and effectiveness of our knee braces, and we recommend using them for at least 14 days to experience the full benefits before considering a return. If you are not completely satisfied after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, please contact us at contact@exzoz.com.


Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order may have already entered processing and cannot be changed. If your cancellation request is made within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We are confident in the effectiveness of Exzoz products and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days before deciding. If you are still unsatisfied, you may request a return within 60 days of your purchase. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us at contact@exzoz.com. To expedite your request, please include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used when placing your order.


Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your order to prevent damage. A product is considered damaged if it has a physical defect or arrives broken. Minor packaging damage (such as dented boxes) that does not affect the product is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at contact@exzoz.com with clear photos of the damage. We will determine if you qualify for a free replacement. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal wear and tear or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver your order promptly but cannot be responsible for shipping delays due to courier issues, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If you experience any delivery problems, please contact the courier directly. Exzoz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, notify us within 24 hours. If the incorrect address is not corrected within this timeframe, we cannot offer a refund or resend the package.
